The Adabas Community Edition is now available in a Docker image ready to run. It is part of the Adabas & Natural Community Edition for Docker.

Content of the Docker image

The Adabas Docker Community Edition for Docker image contains Adabas with all its Adabas utilities. In addition an Entire Network is included. This provides remote network access.

How to use the Docker image?

The advantage of having the Adabas Community Edition in a Docker image that it is ready to run without installation on any host system having Docker installed. Per default the database containers are created within the Docker container. Please refer to the install description to see how the container can be used if stored outside of the container for later use.

It is also possible to login into the container to run Adabas utilities as you would do it in a standard installation.
